The Empire Restaurant occupies the whole 8th floor (penthouse) of the Premier Palace Hotel. The restaurant's panoramic view reveals the ancient city in all its beauty. The Sumosan Restaurant can accommodate up to 100 persons and is open from 12 a.m. till the last guest leaves. It has both a summer terrace and private dining with 3 cabins for 6-8 guests which can also be modified into a banquet hall for up to 40 visitors.
